Safeguard the air in your home
Your home could be a source of airborne allergens and mold, and it may also be a source of indoor toxins from cleaning products, personal care products, and more.
The difference between a air purifier and air steriliser is set out below
Air steriliser- air disinfection devices
Works by electronically polarising the particles in the air through the use of negatively charged ions and UV light.
Sanitises and disinfects the air and surfaces in the space, including many types of bacteria and viruses.
Ultraviolet (UV-C) light is one of the most effective devices capable of removing viruses, bacteria, fungi and destroying the DNA or RNA of any exposed microorganisms.

Air sanitizers-purifiers
Air sanitizers work a little differently.
They uses a series of filters, usually HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters, to capture airborne contaminants, and a fan that then circulates the air.
Doesn’t necessarily disinfect the air in the space, it just filters out pollutants in the air
They remove harmful particles from indoor spaces, particularly allergens, smoke, and mold.
Humidifier therapy adds moisture to the air to prevent dryness that can cause irritation in many parts of the body. Humidifiers can be particularly effective for treating dryness of the skin, nose, throat, and lips. They can also ease some of the symptoms caused by the flu or common cold.
Increasing the amount of moisture in the air can also reduce snoring and can help with sinus headaches
Always clean a humidifier thoroughly as directed by the manufacturer.
Water should not sit in the humidifier for too long. If the humidifier has a filter, be sure to replace it often.
Humidifiers turn water into breathable vapor in the air. If the unit’s water tank is dirty, the vapor a person breathes will also be dirty.
