Maternity TENS machines are medically proven to be safe and effective, and they can be combined with other pain relief in labour practices such as waterbirth.

Perfect Mama+ is a portable and easy to use tool and even your partner can participate in helping to apply it.

It’s easy to use just put the electrodes on you back and connect the wires to the TENS. Holding this, you give yourself small, safe amounts of current through the electrodes. You can move around while you use TENS.
